Shallow people do shallow things. They don't think before they do anything. These type of people don't hesitate to hurt or backstab. It's sickening, but with the increasing rise of said population, there's nothing much we can do to stop it. We expect people to be more mature as they grow older, but the fact is it varies. Some become older and wiser. Others just turn into big childish humans. I have lots more to say, but I shan't type it here. Some things are best kept to yourself.

On another note, what do you do when you found that someone that you wouldn't part with for the world and know that someday, something will worm its way between the two of you. forcing you apart. What would you do then?

Maybe the lack of sleep is making my brain churn and all these questions keep popping out.

My cousin got registered for marriage today at their home in Mont Kiara. Semi-formal ceremony, the registrar was cracking jokes and hinting that he also happens to be the registrar of birth. Colin looking good in his formal attire. Tiffany looking beautifully awesome in her knee length dress and cute veil. Her bouquet of flowers is so cool! It's made of felt and buttons, so cute!

So Langkawi is out of the question. We can't go anymore because there everywhere is full. Although, I do think we can snag a couple of rooms if we go there, but it's a risk. Sigh. Anyone up for Cameron Highlands? I want duty free; but I guess cold quiet weather is a pretty good substitute.

I signed up for a holiday project with a few other wonderful people from my class. It is on-going, although slow. Was at college trying to get some work done when this TOA Student Talent Award audition was going on. We went to ke poh for awhile, watched a few of our friends perform.

Kenitbaby bought Anna Molly a new girlfriend. Introducing Sara Moennig, white and slightly speckled with gold on her upper fin. She's slightly smaller then Anna Molly, which I suppose is because she is younger. Hehe thank you Bie! ♥

Singapura Day 3!

Back home now. Anna Molly is perfectly fine! She was at the bottom of her tank, not moving and for awhile I feared the worst. Until I got close and she started bouncing up and down. She was really hungry, my poor baby.

Just finished mopping the floors for Momsie, so I thought I'd sit awhile and blog the rest of my trip. Because I know the longer I am in my room, the lazier I will get. And pretty soon this post may not exist at all. So yeah! Okay go!

As usual we got up early, went through some malls. Found our way to Burgis Street. I would have taken more pictures if I wasn't so engrossed in looking around. Like I said in my last post, Burgis Street is something like Petaling Street but the major difference is the cleanliness. I wondered to myself many times over how Singaporeans would react to standing in Petaling Street, with all the duku langsat skins and plastic bags at their feet. Personally, I prefer Petaling Street more, even if the cleanliness level is way down there. It has so much more character, and when you're there it feels real.

Or maybe it's just me (:

Shopped, until we got too tired to continue. Which was pretty fast. And we headed off to Chijmes for lunch! Unfortunately, Chijmes is more of a night spot and the places there were pretty much still closed. Damn potong stim kan. But it really is a nice spot.

All of us were too bushed to go out for dinner. so we ordered in! Indian food to be exact! I think I mentioned it in my last post but what the who. Indian food is good. But it's pricey. I shall confess here that I lost my ability to do mathematics. While trying to convert the bill to Malaysian Ringgit, I found myself asking my mom if RM2169.80 was an appropriate sum to spend on dinner.

Dang it.

Left early today, and arrived home about an hour ago. Brother is on his way home too, by bus! I wonder how his trip went heh. I love my new purchases! Bloody hell.

Stopped to have beef noodles in Seremban. I prefer Tangkak Beef Noodles though. It's at Jalan Imbi, near Times Square. Haha, promoting it sial. Sial. SIAL. What the hell does sial mean? Gila? Hmm..

Singapore Day 2!

Okay, I know Singapore isn't really a far away place. It's not like Australia or London or China, and is basically just a neighbor of ours. But I don't remember the last time I've been here, so bear with my rants and excitement for now (:

Woke up at 6am in the morning without any alarm or someone coming to wake me. It was so damn weird. But Mom got up later and both of us went to have some breakfast while waiting for our respective room mates to get up hahaha

Got ready much later and left for Orchard Road again. I find the people here pretty friendly, and there are lots of elderly people still working. The taxis are so much better then back home eh. They don't simply stop anywhere, only at taxi stands. And so much cleaner.

Day one!

Started off at 7am. I know, so crazy early. I was still half asleep. But being myself I managed to camwhore before I left HAHA sheesh. Said goodbye to Munchsmelly and Anna Molly, both of whom I hope are safe back home. Miss them terribly :(

Had a McDonald's breakfast which made me feel nauseous so I went to sleep. It was bloody jammed up anyway, so I slept the whole time we were in the city. Was woken up at Nilai because we went to pray for my Grandpa's anniversary. It's been 4 years, time goes by so fast.

Left from there and it was books and sweets until we hit the rest stop and had..

There were a lot of different skies too. I like looking at clouds. It's good for the imagination. Like when I saw this huge cloud that looked like a man holding a woman and kissing her neck. Then I thought, Jeez that reminds me of Twilight then I started having these images of a bloodsucking vampire child feasting on the remains of a dead woman.

I went back to my book.

Reached Singapore at around 2.30pm. I couldn't resist so I looked around for any signs of litter. There was NOTHING. It's so clean! Ahh, what a glorious change.

Managed to find our way to the apartment we are staying at, Le Grove. Stupid GPS wasn't working, we were still driving on the road when it said we had reached our destination. Bodoh giler. So we did it the kuno way, with maps! Thanks Mom.

Dad and I were like, tired. But the ladies semangat! Forced us to get ready and leave for Orchard Road. The shuttle bus took us and we ended up spending the rest of the night wandering around just two malls. There are still so many more! My shopping isn't done yet.

I think it's really good that the buildings are having a Best Dressed Building competition for Christmas. Makes them put a bit more effort into doing the place up nicely. And there were a lot of pretty lights as well.

Today I feel slightly more accomplished. I managed to unwrap my damn UV's and I can finally texture them (MAYA talk here, you may ignore) and I've just baked a round of gingerbread animals! The whole house smells yummy, though I must confess I'm not a great fan of gingerbread. But I love the smell! I'm going to ice the cookies later too wheee.

Went to Ikea with Mom today, and had a fun day shopping with her. My mom can be really crazy when she wants too hahaha. We ate like lords, I had 10 meatballs by myself! I love the gravyyy. Bie, are you proud of me? Heee.

Bought myself a few things! First is their Irma Throw, only RM12.50. So soft and snuggly, and Kenit has one too! We named our blankies; hers is Putato and mine is Puteto.

I also talked Mom into getting us a set of cookie cutters, though she really did want one. Got a set where I think the theme was woodland animals. There was a bear cub, a fox and so on. There was also a snail which I mistook for a whale; and a hedgehog which I told my mom was probably a bush. But we figured it out in the end!

Today is a good, happy day!
Even if it was rainy and cold..

Yesterday was our 17th; though rocky at first we pulled through. When things get too heavy do we just give up or push our way in? All these we learn as we go along, I guess. Hehe, anyway! Went to watch 2012 in the cinema. Luckily we managed to snag some seats.

Word of advice : If all the good single seats are taken, look for the couple seating. It'd more expensive but at least you won't be straining your neck, right? Two guys next to us had the same idea too, hahaha.

Went to college and attended Kenit's class today, like the sei pat poh I am. Got soaked in the rain and I'm currently drying out the purple and green sarong she keeps wearing around like a crazy little monster. But that's why I love with her la kannn ;)

Introduced Kenit to Winter Warmers today! Hehe, we had a Pure Honey Waffle and of course the traditional Banana Milk Tea ♥

I think I'm falling sick, though I don't know why. So far my modeling is starting to progress. Hopefully I can finish it by this week. But of course there are other subjects to rush for..

And we don't have anyone to blame but ourselves. I think the Digital Animation students of my batch have disappointed many lecturers. The thought of this upsets me a lot, and I think from now on, we better work extra hard to earn back our lost respect.

Went to celebrate my Dad's birthday at TGIF today. Just now actually. I'm so full I think my stomach may just burst open any sec-

Sigh. Having some hot green tea now to help soothe my huge balloon of a stomach. Actually, I've been pretty much gorging myself on food these days. Eating late at night and constantly snacking. At least I got my coconuts back HAHA.

Hair is growing longer, face condition is worsening. All signs point to late-term stress. Deadline in two weeks, hopefully I survive 'til then. On another note, my Mom got tipsy on Long Island Tea and started giggling and talking nonsense. Should have taken a video though, it's not often my Mom let's loose like this!

I went out without my wallet today. It was only when I wanted to pay for my Dad's birthday cake did I realize it wasn't with me. My driving license, money, tag.. All at home! This is the first and last time I leave home without double checking all the essential items.

It was weird walking around without proper financing, but between Kenit and I we managed to scrounge up RM19 to have dinner and supper (plus a ten from Brandon).

Tomorrow is my Dad's birthday. As his birthday present, I shall not scream at him the whole day. JUST JOKE. I'll scream at him no matter what. It all depends whether it's a friendly scream, or a battle cry.

We're taking him out to dinner tomorrow! Whee!

Welcome baby Elmo!

He arrived yesterday morning, just before I started to get ready for class. PosLaju, memang laju! Couldn't contain my excitement so I rushed upstairs and opened the brown wrapping without calling my poor Kenit. Sorry baby, next time a package arrives, I'll call you first.

Elmo is a Holga 135bc. Bought him with a little color flash. Woohoo! Started taking a few pictures already, can't wait to go out now! I must try to make him a nice case during the holidays so as to not scratch him when I take him out.

Anna Molly gave birth!
I didn't even realize 'til today, when I looked into the tank to feed her.
Suddenly this little black thing darted up and caught my eye. Shocking!

Anna Molly was pregnant? How? I only have one fish!

I was so excited I called my mom and kept on blabbing about how unexpected the birth was until my mom pointed out that there were dead babies at the bottom on the tank. When I looked properly, there were four dead baby fishes.

I was so sad );

But I had to try and take care of the two live ones, so I quickly changed the water and fed Anna Molly. However, when I put them back into the tank together, Anna Molly suddenly started chasing the baby around the tank like food. OMG. Now I separated them into different tanks, so hopefully they'll be okay..

But if have no clue how to take care of little baby fishes! What do they eat? How long 'til I change their water? How much food to give them?

Anyone? Advice is much appreciated (:

Mom dropped her phone and my Dad wanted to pick it up, because it fell over to the drivers side. My mom scolded my Dad because it's dangerous. He was driving and going to turn a corner, and going to bend down to look for the phone. So Mom scolds him and he defends and bla bla bla.

Small argument ensues. And then..

Dad : Don't tell me how to drive ah. I've been driving since before you were born !

My Dad is such a wacko. And the thing is he doesn't realize it. Oh gawd, we had butter crab and now I'm dying. Drinking vinegar and apple cider to help digestion. Nearly choked on it at first, but it's actually pretty good.

Exhausted mentally and physically. It feels like someone pulled the stopper from my ear and all my brain juices are flowing out now. Emotionally, I'm dealing with this huge obstacle which is making us suffer, so I'm going to heave this huge lump out and throw it overboard.

I'm feeling so much better now though after telling you about it. It's no longer an unspoken sentence, but now a healing mind. I'm glad I made that vow, because I wouldn't have pushed myself so hard to let it go. I'm almost there though thankfully.

I think I may still be insecure.

Meet Anna Molly! ♥

Our first pet together, since we both have dogs and the guinea pig plan didn't work out. Anna Molly is such a little cutie, with her fat body and pretty patterns.

This little shop opened last Saturday. It's called 2littlefishes. Sells guppies and fish tanks, terrapins and an awesome crab. Fish food too. We spotted Anna Molly at the same time and it was instant love.

She's going to move into a newer, bigger apartment soon!

Went to Pavilion twice today. Walked so gawddamn much I think my muscles grew. Either that or my feet are swelling haha. Okay, not funny. I shall only blog about what happened in the evening because there are so many pictures ;)

Firstly, I went to pick Yenny up from her house. Acquired a few mosquito bites just standing in her garden. I was in the shower today and thinking of how useless mosquitoes are when it occured to me that mosquitoes may be the creature keeping all things balanced. I type it up another day. Back to the outing!

Met Pinny, got her Parkson birthday voucher and went to Island Cafe for a drink.

Walked around a bit, then decided to have dinner at Tony Roma's. Oh my lord! Two main courses and half an onion loaf. We barely made it. But hey, we got that parking ticket stamped.

We made the onion loaf her make-shift birthday cake.

After we filled our bellies, we headed off to do some shopping. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to do much. So Yenny and I fooled around Forever 21 while waiting for Pinny. We got scolded for taking pictures in the outlet. Twice.

Oh yeah. We like living dangerously HEHE.

Okay. Enough of my pictures. But wait, there's more!

Yes, we got apprehended here as well. There was no one around! Who cares if you snap a few pictures. Ah, but we respect the kakak working there, so we apologized and waited. Pinny bought this really cute skirt! So Katy Perry. Awesomeee ;)

So here's the thing. Yenny and I planned to surprise Pinny later with a small little Chantily log cake. We arrived at Yenny's place and were surprised to see our speedy birthday girl wasn't there yet. We waited around, got everything ready. Waited some more.

Then, when it could no longer be possible to deny that she was late, we called her up. Turns out she had taken many, many wrong turns and went round KLCC and zoom here, zoom there and was now currently on her way home. So our birthday girl was missing.

We sat stunned for awhile then decided to wing it and celebrate our birthday, which has long passed, together. Don't waste the cake, yeah?

Oh we've gone mad, yes we have. Went up to play with her curling iron and have some girl chat time. I love catching up ;)

I was bored, so before washing my face I decided to play with the liquid liner. I have no idea how the hell to put eye make-up on. And despite people saying I can learn from Youtube, I still suck at it. So I went and had a bang at it. Then I poked my eye with the liquid liner's applicator. Half my eye went black, nasib baik nothing happened. Wasn't even painful !

Experimented with two different ways and colors, so don't be freaked out if you see one eye looking different from the other. I'm not that bad sampai tahap itu lah.

Just realized there are only three weeks or so left for my term. Then I shall be on break 'til next year! It's so soon. I forgot what it was like to be on a short semester. I have plenty of work to do actually, don't know what the heck I'm doing online.

But since I am already on, might as well continue.

Nothing much to say really. Not as if you people give two shakes of a lambs poo-hole what I do with my life. BUT. I am still going to write down what I did today. Because that makes me happy ;D

We had steamboat yesterday! After her afternoon class and before my night class. Jun Ning, if you're reading this, Munchkinbaby adalah orang di bawah ini! :)

Felt like having dessert after, so we tracked off to the car and drove around a bit. Settled down in Gila-Gila Pasta behind our college.

The french fries hangus, but I suka.

Went to Advanced 3D Modeling replacement class today. Hoe Yi, I am sorry for being unable to excel in modeling! I suck so badly I think I'm turning into an egg. A badly modeled egg, that is. I shall show you all pictures of my deformed human-turned-alien head another day. don't want to make you all sick la kan.

After class I had to rush back and make it to Avenue K at 4.30pm. And I tell you, NEVER EVER drive around that area during that time. Bloody jam, can spread on toast and makan. Finished much earlier than expected, so my Mom and I went to jalan-jalan.

We walked and walked and suddenly we found ourselves in KLCC. My mom was so disorientated and couldn't get her bearings. It was damn funny! She kept talking to herself and pointing here and there. Went to Dome for coffee and potato wedges.

She is the one who wanted to eat potato wedges! I ate until I became a piece of oily potato. But it was sooooooo good. Mmm sedap. She had her cappuccino and I had a mocha. Drove back, there was still very heavy traffic. Stopped at a petrol station and the stupid pump had a broken spring, so it didn't give me any sort of warning when it was full. Petrol spilled out of the tank and onto my leg. GREAT JOB LA.

Petrol is a watery pale purple, in case you are like me and have no idea how it looks like.

Me thinks the guards of the garden I live in have gone bonkers.

They somehow managed to dig up an abandoned tiger soft toy, the cute smiley kind mind you, and have tied it to the middle of the bar. By bar I mean the gate that blocks who goes in and out of the garden. So yes. When I arrived home just 20 minutes ago, I found myself staring into the eyes of a strung up, happy white tiger in dungarees.

This is quite disturbing. Luckily dolphin meat doesn't get imported here, does it? I hope it doesn't.

I was telling my mom about this trailer, how dolphins are driven into a cove where no one can see, then killed for their meat. She looked at me for awhile when I was blabbing on about how cruel it was. Then she said, Do you know that they've been doing it for so long, it's become something like a tradition?

She proceeded to tell me about how not only the Japanese people were doing cruel things, but also the French and their so called French delicacies. Foie gras for example. Where they put a funnel in the duck's mouth and force-feed the duck. The liver becomes 3 or 4 times the size of a normal duck's liver. But the duck suffers so much. At least the dolphins are killed and do not suffer so long. The duck is made to stay like that, and is fed so much grain, that even its stool becomes bloodied. My mom was telling me how she saw pictures, and how the duck's eyes looked as though it was going crazy.

Who wouldn't, with a tube stuck down your throat and constantly being fed even when you're going to burst?

Why don't we all become vegetarians?

Friday, 2nd October.

During our Marketing class. The Multimedia Dept. in our college decided to just book the Audiovisual Hall the whole week. So we got kicked out of the main block, had to journey to a different block and squeeze into a small class. All 4 classes of us. Everyone managed to squish together, but Sue Ann and I had special treatment.

We made a whole new row, consisting of two chairs HEHE. Sort of wedged ourselves in between two rows but Zheng Joo and her friend came in later and made it better. Tiny row!

Went to Pyramid with Kenit and Swea Phin after class. Bought Shibi's little gift, plus lots of gummies to stuff into the box with it! Hope you like it Shibi :)

Discovered a few obscene candies in Minitoons.

Some leftovers that we played with.

Kenito stayed over and we both K.O. early because we were so damn tired. I just realized I've been walking quite a lot these past few days. Good, I should really exercise more.

Saturday, 3rd October.

I tied the ribbon okay, don't mess.

Stopped by Kenit's place so she could collect her smelly pigskins for work. While waiting for her, I camwhored. Got to Pyramid around 1.30pm and waiting in Inked 'til 4pm. Today's traffic was apparently really bad, does anyone know why? Takkan lah tanglung festival also they celebrate sampai sesat mad pig?

After hanging out with Shibi and gang (LOL), I headed off for family dinner at my aunt's place. Got there the earliest, stuffed my face with food. Now I know how Zheng Joo feels when she Twittered about her burpfest. Banyak angin ah!

But all keluar from the top, not bottom :(

I want to bakes cookies and have them with milk tea.

I want to go out on a sunny day, take pictures and have a picnic.

I want to dress up and go for a nice dinner with friends.

I want to sit on a swing.

I want to take Boris out where he can run freely in a huge garden.

I want to go fishing.

I want to lounge around in bed the whole day.

I want to sit on a see-saw.

I want to wear a hamburger suit.

I want to sing until I get a sore throat.

I want to eat a spoon of peanut butter and not choke.

I want my cereal with bits of marshmallows in it.

I want to go on a long vacation, with just a few friends and lots of free time.

I want to present my work like a professional.

I want to record a music video.

I want to eat ice cream under an umbrella on a bright sunny day.

I want to go back to dancing.

That's about it for now.
But I'll be adding more, soon.
I must accomplish at least half of these
before the year ends!

I remember seeing a butterfly.

A pretty thing, that butterfly. Pretty and colorful.
I envied it and for a time, I wanted to be like that pretty little butterfly.
I only gazed at it from afar, afraid it might fly away if I got too close.
I read up about butterflies, I wanted to know more.

But the more I saw this pretty little butterfly,
the more obvious it's flaws and the more ugly it became.
It's colors, so beautiful from a distance, now looked too flashy, too fake.
The delicate wings, now flimsy and weak.

Then it dawned on me.

Haven't really been updating my blog. Why? Simply because I am lazy. But I have been on Tumblr a lot though. I'll still be posting here, but you probably won't see my blabbings unless I feel in the mood. I guess there really is a time to blog.

Anyways, went for Hui Yat's birthday steamboat last night. Ate so much, but the cow was good. And it's not wrong to say cow! I mean, isn't beef is the meat of the cow? Therefore when you refer to a piece of beef as cow, it should be acceptable right? Right?

But Kenit thinks we were eating lamb.

So yeah, Beef, cow or lamb we shall never know. Unless we go back there again! Not bad, all you can eat for only RM20.50. Mmm there was ice-cream too but I was bursting so I couldn't eat much. I don't mind going back there, we even get extra vitamins from all the little suicidal 'after the rain' bugs that kept flying into the food..

Hello. Sorry about the you're not invited to read this blog thing. Just acted on an impulse. Better now, though my brain's still churning and spewing out crap.

Just came back from dinner with my parents. There were lots of times where I thought to myself, this is hilarious, I'm going to blog about it! and now I have forgotten what it was about. So I am going to forget about that and just type what comes to mind.

My dad injured himself with a crab shell.

I got a letter from MPSJ telling me I haven't paid my damn parking ticket, when I did. I have the receipt to prove it and a witness who came with me. Also, the mystery of the disappearing jeans has yet to be solved.

Pavilion's Parkson staff are saying they'll get to the bottom of it but seriously, how long does it take to view a security tape with a time-stamp and descriptions of what we were wearing? Mom suspects that they already found out we didn't take the jeans home and are now trying to figure out what they're going to do. Hopefully it'll involve some sort of reimbursement or compensation. I really liked that jeans.

The pimple on my nose hurts a lot.

Something's making me feel down, and I don't know what it is. I can imagine the alarm bells going off in my head, screaming emotional failure! emotional failure! and my whole happy-smile-smile system shutting down.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

It is 2 am in the morning. I am bored and lonely, hungry too. It's times like these that I can't help but sit back and think of stuff. Deep, deep stuff. Things that frustrate, that makes your heart ache, that slowly brings you to a level lower than the floor. We deal with things in our own way, some taking longer than others. I am not one to talk, still dealing with battles of my own.

Yet amidst all that torrential feelings; there are the little things that make you smile, brings laughter to your throat and it bubbles out, escaping through your lips.

Then you'd forget your burden and float free on a wisp of happiness.
It's moments like this, I think, that make life a bit more bearable.

This is terrible. I am still having my painful stupid gastric juices torturing my stomach, and also my happy days just arrived. So now I having pangs of cramps in between the bouts of acidic reactions. I feel grumpy and bloated and hungry all the time. Rawr.

Hearing things about a relationship gone awry just because one person wasn't really in it makes me feel very lucky I have someone like Kenito. I mean, how can someone who is involved in one relationship, look the other way and run off with another? It's sad to see the hurt such selfish action has caused.

This man named Simon Dale actually built a low cost, eco-friendly house; a Hobbit house. Looks so cosy, I want to try living in one. He's actually from an art background, just like us TOA-ians. Check out his website here.

You know, he could actually rent out the other houses he plans to build. I wouldn't mind renting for a holiday or something. It looks really cosy! I feel like going to a cold place and drinking a nice hot cup of milk tea.

I haven't had any milk tea for three days.

I am going to rant about my boring stomach juice just for an entry.

Tummy is starting to behave, though I still get stabs of pain now and then. Eating around 5 meals a day HEHEHE and to all of you who think that I've not been eating and now have gastric, the answer is HELL NO! i loike food.

Something I ate triggered off the reaction.
Either that or I've been drinking too much tea.
I love milk tea :(

Been gorging myself on food, especially the two days of bliss with Kenito. But I have to watch what I eat from now on. The pain from gastric was so bad, I couldn't stand. Wanted someone to knock me out so I could sleep through it. BUT I WOKE UP FROM THE PAIN. Mapepetah.

Oh well, rant is done ;D

Now the question is : Should I spend money on something I want? Or should I save it for something else that has not appeared yet? Hmm..

Got a really bad gastric attack last night. I've had gastric problems before, but those were small minor attacks, usually more to heartburn. But last night was horrible. I had severe can't-get-out-of-bed pains. Went to the doctor, got my meds, threw up my meds, ate more meds. Mom gave me this wild honey drink which helped to sooth my stomach. I could only lie in one position because every other way brought on fresh pain. It was terrible.

Doing much better now, although it may be the painkillers. Anyways, to those who also have these problems, here are some tips to help out;

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP YOURSELF
+ Avoid excess milk. If any of the following foods are increasing your symptoms or distress, decrease their consumption or avoid them altogether: caffeine (coffee, chocolate, colas, tea), fried or fatty food, alcohol and mint. Sometimes, symptoms may also be exacerbated by tomatoes, citrus fruit, other acidic food, and food that is highly spiced .
+ Avoid smoking; nicotine stimulates acid reflux in the esophagus.
+ Eat smaller meals, with occasional snacks if you must.
+ Avoid Aspirin and anti- inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen. If you need pain relief, try
acetaminophen (Tylenol) instead.
+ Raise the head of your bed six inches or so by propping up the legs of the bed with
blocks; this will reduce reflux problems while you sleep.
+ Avoid eating right before going to bed.
+ Avoid clothes that fit tightly around the waist or abdomen.
+ If you are overweight, try to lose a few pounds! Excess weight can put pressure on
the stomach which increases the risk of reflux.
