Singapore Day 2!

Okay, I know Singapore isn't really a far away place. It's not like Australia or London or China, and is basically just a neighbor of ours. But I don't remember the last time I've been here, so bear with my rants and excitement for now (:

Woke up at 6am in the morning without any alarm or someone coming to wake me. It was so damn weird. But Mom got up later and both of us went to have some breakfast while waiting for our respective room mates to get up hahaha

Got ready much later and left for Orchard Road again. I find the people here pretty friendly, and there are lots of elderly people still working. The taxis are so much better then back home eh. They don't simply stop anywhere, only at taxi stands. And so much cleaner.

We walked a lot. Shopped a lot. I ate like the pig that I am. My aunt says she's never seen me eat so much before haha. It's all that walking I tell you! As usual, we shopped until our bums ached and we got tired. We decided to wait for a cab. For nearly an hour. Just standing there! Well, it's good that people line up and wait their turn for a cab!

Had a good day, slept like a log. This morning we went to Burgis Street. It's supposed to be like Petaling Street. But I can't even imagine Petaling Street being that clean. So clean, it's unnatural! But had fun there, bought junk. Came back and continued reading my book while everyone had their naps.

Ordered Indian food just now and stuffed myself with naan.
Back home tomorrow (:
